We offer whole set of Automatic control system for Sulphonation plant, including: DCS or PLC computer control system, intelligent instrument control system, and motor control center. We successfully use the sulphonic acid density cascade control system to control the rate of Sulphonation.And we have done some R&D at the production technique of Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Sulfate (MES).

Since the first Sulphonation Pilot testing built in 1995, we have offered the Sulphonation/sulphation plants all over China, like: Shanghai, Hefei, Tianjing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Yunnan, Anhui, Ji’nan, Anyang, etc.
