Film Sulfonation Reactor |
DKDF
Sulphonation Reactor is designed with our proprietary
technology and made specially. It¡¯s named Multistage
cooling control multitube film Sulphonation Reactor
(DKDF). The cooling water flows into the reactor through
four inlets, which makes sure the peak value of the
temperature of reagents in the top half to be the lowest
and in the down half part of the reactor at a seemly
temperature. Thus it achieves the purpose of multistage
cooling control. The shell side - filled with cooling
water - is designed to bear 0.5Mpa Max. pressure of
backwater, and just need one pump in the whole water
recycle system. Else, we add a seal ring to the pressing
nut on the top of the reactor to separate the SO3 gas
and the screw, and prevent rust.

| We
can offer three types:
1) Electrostatic Precipitator of 'anode of Hexagon Honeycomb
form + cathode of steel wire'
Excellence: Has smaller cubage; can eliminate 98~99%
organic acid and SO3 acid mist; lose less
of the system pressure and make it more steady. Just
needs a voltage at 20 thousand volt.
Weakness: cathodes of the steel wires are easily broken,
which will cause big troubles. And when using Carbon
steel to make the anode, the useful life is short. |

Electrostatic Precipitator of 'anode of round bundle-pipes
+ cathode of pole with small plates'
Excellence: Has smaller cubage; can eliminate 98~99%
organic acid and SO3 acid mist; lose less of the system
pressure and make it more steady; both of anode and
cathode are made of Stainless steel, so have a long
useful life than 10 years; and using the stainless steel
for cathode pipes can avoid being broken and be free
of repairing. It requires a higher voltage at 40~50
thousand volt. |

3)
High efficient Gas Mist Eliminator of 'compound fiber'
Excellence: Has the smallest cubage; requires the least
investment for equipment; do not need any energy to run
everyday (it does not have those two electrical equipments
and energy cost by ESP protection air fan if compared
with electrostatic precipitator); can eliminate 98~99%
organic acid and SO3 acid mist;
Weakness: After a period of time of using, the unit pressure
will drop down, but after washing, it can recover.
Suggestion: It's better to be used in the plants that
produce AES, AS specially, or some small plants producing
LAS. |

Air
Dryer filled of molecule sieve and silica gel
¡¡¡¡Air dryer uses combined molecule
sieve & silica gel to make air dew point lower
than -70¡æ, this is a leading and technology and
we have applied the patent for it. By this technology
you can get a better effect to low the air dew
point compared to using molecule sieve or silica
gel alone at the same backfill quantity.
P.S: the dew point of -80 ~ -90¡æ is tested
under the lab condition. Using molecule sieve
at the same condition, it can double the extreme
ability of sorbent. When make industrial design,
we must consider the falling down ability of sorbent
after regenerated many times. |

| SO2
cooler by unfixed tubes-box |
is
type of SO2 cooler has some excellences as
following when compared with the U type.
1) The curve parts of U type tubes are thin which will
cause jam and have a bad effect to heat transfer efficiency
etc., Using the tubes-box instead of U type tubes can
avoid these problems, and has a more steady structure.
2) The curvature of the U type cooler is different at
every curve part, and the length of heat exchange tubes
are not the same, so the U type cooler can not distribute
the materials uniformly. But unfixed tubes-box
type SO2 cooler can overcome these problems.
3) U type cooler usually have air in the centre of tubes
bundle that easily cause the short circuit of cooling
air and the losing of heat transfer efficiency. The unfixed
tubes-box SO2 cooler can avoid these problems.
4) The unfixed tubes-box SO2 cooler is
installed outside, that is more convenient for examination
and reparation.
P.S: SO2/SO3 converter 1st cooler has the same structure
as SO2 cooler, and is set outside. |

and air glycol cooler are made of hydrophile aluminum
foil, they can form platy condensate water, greatly
reduce the carrying of drip, and reduce the pressure
