LABSA,AES,AOS Trial Run in Shaoguan Xingya
Jun 30, 2011Weixian provides the design for the whole factory and 2t/h sulphonation plant which produces LABSA ,AES,AOS. Meanwhile ,we offer the key equipments and control system.
The plant was tested successful one time on June 28,2011.
The specification is as following:
1. Labsa: active matter≥97%，
free oil≤1.25%
sulphuric acid≤1.15%
color≤18
2.70%AES: free oil≤1.5%
sulphuric acid≤1.5%
color≤20
PH value:7.5~9.5
3.35%AOS:Appearance:white~light yellow
free oil≤1.2%
sodium sulphate≤0.6%
Free alkali≤0.3%
color≤60
