When the finished product enters the adjustment unit and reaches a certain liquid level, the agitator will stir at a constant speed at the set speed. Generally, the device is equipped with multiple stirring tanks and works intermittently. Production intermediate control testing, regular sampling to check sultone neutralization value, pH value, free oil, dioxane, color and other parameters, when the product quality is stable, it will be transported to the tank farm.
