In June 2026, Weixian successfully commissioned another Unit 79 Neutralization and Dioxane Stripping system in Europe. The results significantly exceeded contract guarantees, and the client expressed strong satisfaction with our commissioning team.

Specifically, the 1,4-dioxane level reached 2.1 ppm, representing a 90% removal rate.

Facing tighter regulations and rising premium market demands, the client chose Weixian for our proven technology and strong project track record. After validating the system's performance in the commissioning, the client adjusted the target dioxane level to 5–7 ppm to optimize power consumption—sufficient for current market requirements. At this range, no additional steam is needed for stripping; the system instead utilizes waste heat from the neutralization reaction, making Unit 79 the world's most energy-efficient technology of its kind.

This success, together with our 1 ppm dioxane achievement in South Korea earlier this year, reaffirms Weixian as a reliable partner for top-tier SLES producers.
