2.Xinxiang Hongtai 2.0t/h plant，adopting WEIXIAN reactor+ WEIXIAN Unit79 neutralization and dioxane stripping，the capacity of SLES achieve to 2.8t/h steadily，36% higher than design capacity，the power consumption of per 1000KG SLES reduce to 100℃；when free oil content is 1.0%，the dioxane content is 8ppm.

3.Sasol China 1.6t/h plant，import reactor+ two stage neutralization revamped to WEIXIAN Unit79 neutralization and dioxane stripping，SLES capacity is 1.6t/h，not increase，the power consumption of per 1000KG SLES is 160℃；when free oil content is 1.4%，the dioxane content is 8ppm.

4.Guangzhou Lizhi 3.8t/h plant of Shanghai Hsintay，import reactor+ two stage neutralization，SLES capacity is 3.8t/h，not increase，the power consumption of per 1000KG SLES is150℃；when free oil content is 1.4%，the dioxane content is 20ppm.

5.Hangzhou Dahe 5t/h plant rented by Shanghai Hsintay，other type reactor+ neutralization and dioxane stripping，SLES capacity is 5t/h，not increase，the power consumption of per 1000KG SLES is150℃；when free oil content is 1.4%，the dioxane content is 30ppm.

Conclusion：the above No 1、2 plant proved that：WEIXIAN reactor+ WEIXIAN Unit79，the performance of plant is double better. No.3 plant shows that ：the performance of import reactor is just so so，but revamp two stage neutralization technology to WEIXIAN Unit 79 can improve plant performance. No.4 plant：import reactor+ two stage neutralization technology，plant performance is just so so. No.5 plant shows that the other type reactor have negative impact on plant performance.
